PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood grain decorative band-like resin molding capable of being trimmed and holding an appearance of a wood grain style even after secondary working such as trimming or the like which has a light weight and an excellent wood grain pattern including an excellent beauty on a surface and in the interior as a long-sized molding used to protect and decorate an interior finishing decorative material and a butt end surface of a furniture or the like in an extrusion integral molding of a synthetic resin and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A core and a surface layer covering the upper surface and both side faces of the core are individually formed by extruders, and integrated by a mold for forming a two-layer. In this case, mold casting ports of the surface layer are provided at the upper part and both side faces. The core is formed of a thermoplastic resin, and the surface layer is formed of a thermoplastic resin having heat fusion bondability to the thermoplastic resin and a coloring resin for forming the wood grain having a pour point higher by 10 to 30°C than a pour point of the resin.
