摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bellows mechanism for an optical path of a laser beam machine capable of suppressing the deflection of bellows when the bellows are moved in a direction orthogonal with their expansion and contraction directions. <P>SOLUTION: The bellows mechanism for an optical path of the laser beam machine is furnished with the first bellows 3 for guiding a laser beam, a bellows guide 5 for guiding the movement of the first bellows 3 to a first direction, the second bellows 10 movable along the first direction, a moving body for moving the first bellows 3 to a second direction orthogonal with the first direction by means of the bellows guide 5, and a connecting member 15 for regulating the deflection of the first bellows 3 along the second direction when the first bellows 3 moves to the second direction by removably connecting the first bellows 3 and the second bellows 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
