<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade holding piece manufacturing method and a manufacturing device thereof for improving the dimensional accuracy of a manufactured retainer, preventing any formation of dents or the like on a surface, and improving the production efficiency in a step of cutting and bending a material of a blade holding piece. <P>SOLUTION: The material is sheared to a predetermined dimension by arranging a buffer member on a part with one end of the material located thereon, abutting a tip of the material on a cutting stopper having a buffer on an end thereof, and pressing a tip of the material against the buffer member by the cutting operation of a cutting punch. In a bending method of a cut material (blank), a bending punch 36 is lowered to press a blank 21, the rising pressure is generated in a receiving slide 32 by the stress exerted in a slide spring 30, the blank 21 is clamped by the bending punch 36 and the receiving slide 32, and a free end of the blank is bent by the external force so that the clamped condition is not lost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
