PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste-contained toothbrush from which contained toothpaste is easily excluded only by pushing a button with small force. SOLUTION: The paste-contained toothbrush is constituted so that a push apparatus 12 provided with a horizontal button 13a and a tooth brush body 10 where a toothpaste excluding path 15 having a pump assembly 30 arranged therein is formed, are combined at the upper portion of a toothpaste storing container 20 containing a gel type toothpaste 100 so as to exclude the paste by pumping operation. On one side of the tooth brush body 10, a button engaging groove 11 communicated with inside and outside is formed and a lifting and lowering rod 14 is mounted so as to lift and lower the push apparatus 12 to be pushed in the horizontal direction to the upper and lower portions of the normal toothpaste excluding path 15 formed inside of the tooth brush body 10.
