<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of noises when a plunger is sucked by inserting a laminated fixed core into a tubular section in a fixed core manufactured by a solid material and fixing the laminated fixed core through welding, etc., fitting a plunger guide onto the outer circumference of the tubular section and welding the butting sections of the tubular section and the plunger guide. CONSTITUTION:The whole of a laminated fixed core 2 taking an annular shape is inserted into a tubular section 31 in a fixed core 3 made of a solid material. Sections 32 (a first tubular section) and 33 (a second tubular section), outside diameters of which are reduced to a stepped shape toward noses, are formed to the tubular section 31, and the laminated fixed core 2 and the second tubular section 33 are fastened previously through padding-like welding 34. The edge faces 21, etc. of the fixed laminated fixed core 2 and the fixed core 3 made of the solid material are machined, thus shaping squareness. A plunger guide 4 is inserted or force-fitted onto the outer circumference of the first tubular section 32, the butting sections 5 of the tubular section 31 and the plunger guide 4 are welded, and the fixed core 3 made of the solid material, the laminated fixed core 2 and the plunger guide 4 are bonded integrally, thus manufacturing a fixed core assembly 1.</p> |
