PURPOSE:To generate a strong magnetic field at a relatively high temperature by dipping laminates arranged and laminated so that concentric circles are disposed at the same center line in a magnetic field at the critical temperature or higher of an oxide superconductor, reducing the temperature to the critical temperature or lower in this state, and removing the magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:Oxide superconductor powder is sprayed for adhesion from a nozzle, for example, while substrates are being rotated, the position of the nozzle is moved to sequentially form concentric oxide superconductor layers, and insulating layers 3 are formed by sputtering or other method. The substrates formed with the superconductor layers and the insulating layers are laminated, and the obtained laminate is inserted into a magnetic field by a permanent magnet or an electromagnet at critical temperature or higher of the superconductor 2. When the temperature is reduced to the critical temperature or lower in this state, and the magnetic field is removed, a current of the direction for preserving the magnetic field is induced in the superconductor. |
