PURPOSE:To prevent a film separator from being charged with electricity by a method wherein a surface-active agent layer used to prevent static electricity is formed on the surface of a porous polyolefin-based synthetic resin film whose average hole diameter and porosity are specified. CONSTITUTION:A porous polypropylene film whose average hole diameter is 0.05-0.5mum and whose posority is 40-90% is immersed in an aqueous solution of 3wt.% of a surface-active agent at 40 deg.C for 10minutes; it is dried; this film is sandwiched between electrodes and is wound. As a resuly, the polyolefin-based synthetic film where a surface-active agent layer has been formed loses its electric charge by a very small amount of moisture in the air and by an action of static electricity; its surface leakage resistance value is lowered. By this setup, it is possible to prevent an electrification of the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film as a separator. |
