PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein composition and a method for preserving or conveying a protein such as an enzyme protein or a physiologically active protein without damaging various functional properties of the protein. SOLUTION: The protein composition for preserving and conveying, excellent in preserving property and stability is obtained by adsorbing the protein such as the enzyme protein or the physiologically active protein to a clay mineral composition.
