PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement treatment apparatus which enables a user to go out while wearing it or go out by using a walking aid or the like simultaneously. SOLUTION: The crotch supporter is composed of an automorphic main body 4 of the supporter and a reinforcing supporter 1 for fixing the main body 4 of the supporter onto a human body, the main body 4 of the supporter is an approximately T-shaped member in the front view composed of a front portion 6 in contact with the surface of the belly of the human body and a crotch receiver 7 formed according to the crotch of the human body and extended from said front portion 6 to the back of the human body, a pocket 10 for urine with which a urine absorber is removable is provided forwards from the lowest bottom of said crotch receiver, and a pocket 13 for feces with which a feces absorber is removable is similarly provided backwards from the lowest bottom of the crotch receiver.
