PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body having excellent flexibility, touch feeling, wearing characteristics, chemical resistance and adhesive strength. SOLUTION: The laminated body comprises a layer made of a polyester elastomer resin composition made of 95-30 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester elastomer (A) and 5-70 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer (B), and at least one layer selected from a group comprising polyester resins, polyamide resins, polyolefin resins, polyester fabrics, polyolefin fabrics, polyamide fabrics, polyaramide fabrics and PBO fabrics.
