PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel strip manufacturing method and a steel strip manufacturing device for improving the efficiency of users and manufacturers, and for ordering and delivering steel strips of excellent yield, and to provide a steel strip coil manufactured by the steel strip manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In this steel strip manufacturing method, a facility having a uncoiling device and a coiling device of the steel strip on both ends, and an inspecting device to inspect the steel strip between the uncoiling device and the coiling device and a cutting device to cut the steel strip is used. If no defects of the steel strip are detected by the inspecting device, the steel strip is coiled by the coiling device to a predetermined length or weight. If any defects of the steel strip are detected by the inspecting device, a steel strip portion including the defective portion is cut and removed. Ends of the cut steel strips are joined with each other by a joining device provided on the inlet side of the coiling device so that the steel strip is coiled to the predetermined length or weight.
