PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the filter dust extractor of a dust collector capable of maximally developing the capacity of a filter by performing accurate wiping-off corresponding to the clogging degree of the filter and devised so as to achieve the extension of the service life of the filter and energy saving. SOLUTION: The jet pressure or jet time of backwashing compressed air is adjusted so that the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter 6 at the time of ejection of backwashing compressed air into the filter 6 is set so as to make the inside pressure of the filter 6 higher than the outside pressure thereof.
