PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair which is easily adjusted in height of armrests without using a tool. SOLUTION: Supporters 61 vertically arranged downward from respective armrest main bodies 6 are fitted so as to be elevated/lowered to ring parts 41 at the distal ends of respective armrest support rods 4 which are projected sideward from the lower surface of a seat board 1. Each lock auxiliary tool stored in each through-hole pierced in each ring part 41 is pushed-out to recessions 62 which are successively and vertically arranged in each supporter 61, through the use of each projection which is arranged in the rotary shaft part 51 of each fixing rod 5 attached onto the outer surface of each ring part 41 so as to be rotatable.
