PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heels of a woman's shoes which reduce shock in landing without damaging stability. SOLUTION: The front part of a hard first heel main body 11 is formed from the upper end surface to the lower end part of a heel main body 10. The rear part of the first heel main body 11 is separated from the upper end face of a lift 20. A second heel main body 12 softer than the first heel main body 11 is provided in a space between the upper end face of the lift 20 at the rear part and the first heel main body 11.
