PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system in which real actions are added to a game participant by using electronic mail and an information recording medium.

SOLUTION: A server 6 registers the IC tag number 17 of an application form 13 and a mail address 18 sent from the side of a user 2 while relating them in a management data base 7 (step 33). In order to obtain required game advance necessary information, the user 2 holds an IC tag 8 up to an IC reader- writer 9-1 provided in a presentation object 10-1 (step 41) and the IC tag reader- writer 9-1 transmits the IC tag number 17 read from the IC tag 8 to the server 6 (step 42). The server 6 transmits the game progress necessary information to the mail address 18 corresponding to the received IC tag number 17 (step 47). Terminal equipment 3 receives the game progress necessary information and a game machine 4 inputs the game advance necessary information and advances a game (step 48).
