PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial robot whose overall size is compacted and whose connector can easily be connected with a motor part. SOLUTION: The industrial robot includes a structural member 1 inside whereof is partitioned into a plurality of cavities 6 where adjoining cavities have the first communication holes 17 to admit insertion of cables 15 and 16, and is equipped on the surface of the structural member 1 with a power connector 9 for supplying the power to a stator 3 and a brake 4 and a weak current connector 10 through which signals from a position sensor 5 are transmitted and received, and each of the cavities 6 is furnished with a rotor 2, the stator 3, and the brake 4 for respective servo motors, wherein the cable 15 is to wire the power connector 9 to the stator 3 and the brake 4 installed in the cavities 6 while the cable 6 is to wire the weak current connector 10 to the position sensor 5.
