PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin plate-like adsorbent in which a carrying ratio of zeolite is high, a separation ability and an adsorption ability of gas are excellent and an efficiency of production is high; a composite adsorption body, and to provide manufacturing methods therefor. SOLUTION: The plate-like adsorbent 2 (3) contains 20-80 wt.% of zeolite 21 and the remainder comprising a heat resistant fiber 20 and a binder calcined product and is molded by a paper method.
