PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable laminated material which is constituted of a metallic thin film layer, a biodegradable film layer and a biodegradable base material and shows a high interlayer adhesive strength among the metallic thin film layer, the biodegradable film layer and the biodegradable base material and further, outstanding biodegradability. SOLUTION: This biodegradable laminated material is structured of a biodegradable film laminate obtained by laminating the metallic thin film layer on the biodegradable film layer through a biodegradable undercoat layer and a biodegradable base material laminated on said laminate through a biodegradable adhesive layer. The biodegradable undercoat layer is composed of a resin composition containing a polyester resin which has 80 to 100 mol% of a lactic acid residue and also the molar ratio (L/D) of an L-lactic acid residue to a D-lactic acid residue falling within the range of 1 to 20. The biodegradable adhesive layer is composed of a resin composition containing the polyester resin which has 60 to 80 mol% of the lactic acid residue and also the molar ratio (L/D) of the L-lactic acid residue to the D-lactic acid residue falling within the range of 1 to 9.
