PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a thread solder by smoothly passing the thread solder in a feed nozzle. SOLUTION: In a thread solder feeding method for passing the thread solder 5 reeled around a bobbin 3 on the axis of a reel shaft 2 through a feed nozzle 6, and pulling the thread solder by a rotating gear 4, the thread solder 5 is pulled while the bobbin 3 slides in the axial direction of the reel shaft 2 so that the thread solder 5 pulled out of the bobbin 3 is linear in the axial direction of the feed nozzle 6.
