PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for reusing recovered carbonic acid gas in which a gas sucking hole for carbonic acid gas is arranged on a torch cover in a semi-automatic welder for welding by using the carbonic acid to recover the carbonic acid gas after using. SOLUTION: The sucking hole is arranged near a blowing hole for carbonic acid gas arranged at the tip end part of the torch body 3 and the recovered carbon acid gas is stored in a tank through a pump 5 with a hose 6a. A pressure adjusting valve and a concentration measuring sensor are fitted to the tank. Further, this apparatus is constituted in which the pressure adjusting valve is fitted to a carbonic acid gas cylinder side, and the hose is connected from the tank to the cylinder side, and a switch for welding, each adjusting valve and the concentration sensor on the torch body are worked with the command from an electric controller 11 so as to blow the suitable amount of the carbonic acid gas matching to welding current.
