<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect onto an image carrier such as a photoreceptor, a luminous flux from each element by full resolving power and contrast by reducing crosstalks of an organic EL array exposure head. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL array exposure head has an array of organic EL elements 4 arranged at least in the shape of one array of pixels on a long substrate 6. A microlens array plate 12 is arranged at the light emitting side of the array of organic EL elements 4 to align with a light emitting part of each organic EL element 4. A groove 14 is set at a face of the incident side of the microlens array plate, which surrounds the light emitting part of each organic EL element 4.
