PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embossed decorative metallic sheet which uses a resin material free from an environmental load and shows outstanding properties in terms of adhesion with a base metallic sheet, moldability, resistance to flaw and boiling water, and a resin film for the embossed decorative metallic sheet. SOLUTION: The printed resin film to be laminated on the embossed decorative metallic sheet has a polyester resin layer (A), a printed layer and a transparent protecting layer laminated in that order, and an expansion stress relaxation agent finely dispersed in the polyester resin layer (A) and further, the embossed surface of the transparent protecting layer. In addition, the embossed decorative metallic sheet is coated with the film. The polyester resin layer (A) is preferably structured of a rubber-like elastic body resin (B) which is finely dispersed as the expansion stress relaxation agent in the polyester resin (A) which is a matrix and is at least partially encapsulated by a vinyl polymer (C) having a polar group.
