PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper holder greatly facilitating a pulling and cutting action of paper by a necessary length. SOLUTION: This paper holder 20 is provided with side parts 22L and 22R, a back part 24, a paper storage part 26 surrounded with the side parts 22L and 22R mutually and the back part 24, a front plate 28 disposed to cover the upper surface to the front surface of the paper storage part 26, and a paper cutting plate 30 disposed in the lower part of the paper storage part 26 and extending toward the front side. The respective side parts 22L and 22R are provided with a plurality of small holes 42 for fixing the side parts 22L and 22R along the left or light wall surface 14L or 14R of a toilet room 10. The paper holder 20 is formed so that a paper pull-out clearance 36 directs to the rear part of a wastern style toilet 12 in either case of being fitted to the wall surface 14L or 14R.
