PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating cooking device providing for good temperature control and safety by preventing deformation of its bottom. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic induction heating cooking device has an aluminum body where clad materials comprising stainless of little thermal expansion, aluminum and another stainless are mounted on the outer surface of the body's bottom, with the stainless of little thermal expansion facing a mounting surface.
