PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve using feeling of a sponge puff by providing a method for partially varying the condensation and rarefaction of granular matter on a surface in the sponge puff to which the granular matter is attached. SOLUTION: A liquid 12 is stuck to a sponge base material 11, a heat-sealable granular matter 13 is applied to the surface of the sponge base material 11 including a site to which the liquid 12 is stuck, and the sponge base material 11 is heated to seal the granular matter. After heating, the sponge base material 11 is heated to remove (or volatilize) the liquid 12 to obtain the sponge where the frictional coefficient on the surface is different partially.
