PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily dismantle an electric part constructed with winding wire wound around an iron core part into winding wire and the iron core part. SOLUTION: This device includes a first support member 21 arranged on a base member 13 and a second support member 22 arranged on the base member 13 and positioned in parallel with the first support member 21, and is provided with a support part 15 having the iron core part 201 of the electric part positioned between the first support member 21 and the second support member and having winding wire received by the first support member and the second support member, a pressure apply part 17 supported by the support part 15 and applying pressure on the iron core part 201 of the electric part to dismantle and separate winding wire part from the iron core part 201, and a transfer operation part 19 transferring the first support member 21 and the second support member 22 in a first direction T1 in which the first support member 21 and the second support member 22 approach each other and a second support direction T2 in which the same get apart each other with keeping a position where the pressure apply part 17 apply pressure as a center in parallel and positioning the first support member 21 and the second support member 22.
