PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a prescribed angle by uniformizing the material and thickness of a workpiece. SOLUTION: The bend line part of the workpiece W is heated, cooled and struck in a blanking stage. A device for performing this working method of a blank material for bending has a thermal processing control part 31B for driving and controlling a thermal processing means II for heating and cooling the bend line part of the workpiece W on the basis of product information and a striking control part 31C for driving and controlling a striking means I for striking the bend line part of the workpiece W on the basis of the product information.
