PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shelf board from coming off to the upper/lower/front/rear sides of the shelf board without increasing the number of parts and to cope with the thickness of the shelf board to be used. SOLUTION: This engaging tool is formed from at least two members, and engaging tool main bodies and stoppers to be attached and detached to/from them are formed in a symmetrical shape. Consequently, as for the kinds of parts, only two kinds of (four kinds, before) the main body part of an engaging tool and stoppers to be attached and detached to/from them are used. Further, even when the thickness of the shelf board to be used is different, only the main body part of the engaging tool is changed, and the increase in costs for a die and the kinds of the parts to be spent for it is reduced, thereby it is easy to cope with the thickness of the shelf board.
