<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold reserving pad which has an excellent quick cooling property and a high cold reserving capability. <P>SOLUTION: An antifreeze cold insulator 4 and a plurality of inner packages 12 each containing water 14 are sealed within a flexible bag 2, and a plurality of housings 8 are parallel formed for housing said inner packages 12 aligned in one line within said bag 2.
