PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky adhesive sheet which has a refined external form and shape, makes a good show and can be manufactured at a high yield and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The tacky adhesive sheet is successively laminated with a tacky adhesive layer and release sheet on one surface of a substrate sheet, is temporally glued with a carrier sheet on the other surface, and is formed with tongues for pinching outwardly projecting from the side edge of the substrate sheet on one side of the release sheet and the carrier sheet. The one side formed with the tongues of the release sheet and the carrier sheet extends from both ends to the tongues and incline to a truncated shevron shape. The raw sheet successively laminated with the carrier sheet, the substrate sheet, the tacky adhesive layer and the release sheet is blanked by a blanking blade having the shape of the tacky adhesive sheet.
