PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertebra fixing apparatus which has a simple structure and is easily operated. SOLUTION: The vertebra fixing apparatus has a base part 10 having a main hook part 12 extended from near the base, two extension arms 14 extended from near the upper surface and two connecting rods 16 extended from lateral sides, an extension hook part 20 having a curved part 22 provided on one end and an adjustment part 24 provided on the other end for adjusting the position in cooperation with the extension arms 14, and a fixing means 30 for fixing the extension arms 14 and the adjustment part 24.
