PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fold a treatment tape into three without the demerit of folding into two, to improve efficiency in folding and further, to hardly release the treatment tape from underwear. SOLUTION: A basic piece 21a is fixed on the surface of underwear 1, an inner release piece 21b following the basic piece 21a is adhered on the basic piece 21a while keeping a folded state, and an outer release piece 21c following the inner release piece 21b is stuck to the inner release piece 21b while keeping the folded state. In such a folding structure, a twofold portion 21d between the outer release piece 21c and the inner release piece 21b is located on the basic piece 21a, and a non-viscous portion 25 or a weakly viscous portion 25a is provided in the gap with the basic piece 21a equally with or narrower than prescribed width B from the side of the twofold portion 21d.
