PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which cleaning and washing of a feces-receiving plate are difficult even in every plate system, though the belt type, rafter type feces-receiving plate, the feces-receiving plate in which logs are arranged in row, devised so as to provide a shelf between a cage and a bed and receive chicken feces once and carry out evaporation of water and dryness of the floor by natural wind exist in order to prevent poor drainage because of storage of chicken feces on a flour in chicken farms, etc. SOLUTION: A base equipped with a rail-shaped angle is provided instead of a conventional feces-receiving plate and vinyl chloride pipes are bonded and connected to the inside of a rail to connect the pipes to the end of a chicken house and a handle for rotating the pipe at either one end is provided. The apparatus facilitates shaking-off of chicken feces deposited for a long period and facilitates cleaning of the pipe by guiding and moving a cleaning liquid-jetting nozzle parallel to the pipe.
