PURPOSE:To prevent an unpleasant tone from being reproduced even at a speaker of the reception side by inquiring from a control station to a mobile station during the mute time, then bringing the state into the communication state thereafter. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed time of a communication channel is set to the mute time T1 not applying voice communication and data communication and inhibiting microphone press of mobile stations 1-n. The control station sends a polling signal inquiring about whether or not voice communication or data communication is to be on request to the mobile stations during the mute time T1 and the mobile stations 1-n requesting the transmission inform it to the control station and the control station informs it that the voice communication or the data communication is allowed or not to the mobile stations 1-n. After the mute time T1, the control station transfers to the communication state with, e.g., the mobile station 1. |
