PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an apparatus for laminating a double-faced corrugated cardboard sheet compact and to efficiently laminate a sheet material. SOLUTION: The first step roll 52A, the second step roll 52B, belt mechanisms 53 and 54 which form the first pass-line P1 as a pass-line for sheet materials 20-24 with a back liner 20 and a core 21 traveling and the second pass-line P2 formed by folding the first pass-line P1 with a single-corrugated sheet 22 and a surface liner 23 traveling, with its belt 53C contacted with the first step roll 52A while being pressed in the first pass-line P1, a heating means 55 installed to face a belt 54C in the second pass-line P2, and a press means 56 for pressing the belt 54C to the heating means 55 are provided as constituents.
