PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throwaway type drill allowing rigid fixing of a cutting head part, while preventing damage. SOLUTION: The cutting head part 5 comprises an axially protruding shaft part 15 and a pair of key parts 18 formed over a portion from peripheral surface to the base end of the shaft part 15 to the outer peripheral surface. The tool body 2 comprises a receiving part 22 engaging with the shaft part 15 and a pair of key grooves 24 engaging with the respective key parts 18. The cutting head part 5 is fixed on the tool body 2 by fastening a fastening bolt 30 penetrating a slit 26 of the tool body 2 with engaging the shaft part 15 and the receiving part 22 with the respective key parts 18 engaged with the respective key grooves 24.
