PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immersion treatment apparatus for a powder resin capable of ensuring a wide stabilized region in the surface layer part of the powder resin and dispensing with masking. SOLUTION: The immersion treatment apparatus 100 for the powder resin is equipped with a work grasping device 10, a level sensor 20, a fluidized tank 30, the powder resin 40, a perforated plate 50, an air chamber 60 and a vibrator 70. The perforated plate 50 is arranged on the bottom part of the fluidized tank 30 and the powder resin 40 is easily fluidized by ejecting compressed air into the powder resin 40 from a large number of jet orifices of the perforated plate. The vibrator 70 applies vibration to the whole of the fluidized tank 30 in order to stabilize the surface layer state of the powder resin 40 housed in the fluidized tank 30 and the flow direction of the powder resin 40. For example, a ball feeder is used to apply vibration to the fluidized tank 30 so as to stably move the powder resin 40 in the fluidized tank 30 in one direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
