PURPOSE:To eliminate the unexpected waiting time during the course of a game or learning by selecting a specific phrase from pieces of hybrid speech information in which the respective sound signals of the plural phrases are alternately arranged. CONSTITUTION:The device operates only at the timings X1-X4 of the sound signal corresponding to the phrase X when a selection signal g1 is inputted while the hybrid speech information is kept applied to an amplifier circuit 53. The device operates only at the timings Y1-Y4 of the sound signal corresponding to the phase Y when a selection signal g2 is inputted. The speech information relating to the explanation as to how to play the game or how to make learning is outputted from a speaker 23 provided to the adapter body side in such a manner and the speech information relating to the results of the decision is outputted from the speaker provided to the receiver side. A user is, therefore, able to play the game or make learning with the same sensation as a telephone play. The unexpected waiting time during the course of the game or learning is thereby eliminated. |
