PURPOSE:To match the center of a video signal and the center of a raster on the screen regardless of the phase state of the video signal with a synchronizing signal by inputting the pulse indicating the center of the video signal. CONSTITUTION:The pulse signal 4 indicating the center of another video signal is inputted in addition to the synchronizing signal and the video signal. The phases of a flyback pulse 3 and the pulse 4 indicating the center of the video signal are compared and the voltage corresponding to the phase difference is generated. A pseudo synchronizing signal 14 shifting the phase of the synchronizing signal according to said voltage is generated so that the center of the video signal comes to the center on the CRT screen. The center of the video signal is thereby positioned to the center of the raster on the screen even if the phase of the video signal with respect to the synchronizing signal is in any state. |
