PURPOSE: A substrate alignment structure is provided to allow for ease of alignment by forming a lead-in groove at the substrate to be aligned with other substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate alignment structure is characterized in that one of two substrates(P1,P2) has a lead-in groove(2) and the other of two substrates is coupled with an alignment block(1) having a shape corresponding to the shape of the lead-in groove. The two substrates are aligned with each other by permitting the front end of the alignment block to enter the lead-in groove formed at the substrate. Alternatively, lead-in grooves are formed at both substrates, such that the alignment block is coupled to the lead-in groove of one of the two substrates, and the lead-in groove of the other of the two substrates is coupled to the alignment block.
