PURPOSE: A chemical product production process is provided which economically prepares liquefied carbon dioxide, separately prepares methane gas that is a clean energy to recycle resources and prepares potassium carbonate and potassium chloride as byproducts of the separation preparation process from various carbon dioxide generation sources. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises a step (a) of filtering water and foreign materials by collecting waste gas generated from a generation source selected from landfill, distillation column of chemical plant, stack of boiler, aeration tank for biological treatment of sewage and wastewater, anaerobic digestion tank and aeration tank for biological treatment of landfill leachate; a step (b) of cooling the gas filtered in the step (a) in a cooler(20); a step (c) of preparing potassium carbonate by reacting carbon dioxide contained in the gas passing through the step (b) with a potassium hydroxide aqueous solution(32) in an absorption unit(30); a step (d) of preparing potassium chloride by reacting potassium carbonate prepared in the step (c) with hydrochloric acid(42) in a reactor(40); a step (e) of compressing carbon dioxide after sucking carbon dioxide generated from the reaction of the step (d) by vacuum pump(50); a step (f) of cooling carbon dioxide filtered in the step (e) in a cooler; a step (g) of removing water by hydrolyzing and drying carbon dioxide cooled in the step (f); and a step (h) of preparing liquefied carbon dioxide by condensing carbon dioxide dried in the step (g). |
