PURPOSE:To correctly obtain the correlation between a spectrum diffusion signal and a receiving diffusion code by inverting the phase of the spectrum diffusion signal or the diffusion code when the correlation between the spectrum diffusion signal and the diffusion code cannot be obtained. CONSTITUTION:When a correlation value is a reference value or below, since there is possibility that the phase of a spectrum diffusion signal SS and a diffusion code SC are extactly opposite, a control circuit 5 applies a phase inversion instructing signal RF to a phase inverting circuit 1. Since the phase inverting circuit 1 inverts the phase of the inputted spectrum diffusion signal SS, and outputs it to an exclusive logical OR circuit 3, the control circuit 5 repeats the deciding processing of a correlation degree again. Thus, when the spectrum diffusion signal SS is inverted, the correct correlation with the diffusion code SC can be obtained. |
