PURPOSE:To smoothly make a vehicle enter or exit a parking area by a guest by recording a time limit collated with the number of staying days on a parking ticket brought by the guest to park the vehicle in the parking area to a reception and changing the ordinary parking ticket to a pass card with which the guest can use the parking area free until the time limit expires. CONSTITUTION:The vehicle can park free only in the time limit by bringing a parking ticket 9, which is received when the vehicle enters the parking area, to a reception Hf and recording the time limit for using the parking area on the parking ticket with a recording machine.
