SCANNING METHOD OF ORGANIC ELECTRO-LUMINESCENCE DISPLAY HAVING STRUCTURE OF PASSIVE MATRIX

PURPOSE: A scanning method of an organic electro-luminescence display having a structure of passive matrix is provided to remove the momentary radiation of light from a center of a panel by performing a scanning operation symmetrical to the center of the panel. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescence display having a structure of passive matrix includes a plurality of data lines arrayed to one direction, a plurality of scan lines arrayed perpendicularly to the data lines, and a plurality of pixels formed on intersection areas between the data lines and the scan lines. A scanning method of the organic electro-luminescence display having the structure of passive matrix includes a dividing process and a scanning process. The dividing process is to divide the scan lines into upper scan lines and lower scan lines. The scanning process is to perform a scanning operation symmetrical to a center line between the upper scan lines and the lower scan lines during one frame.
