PURPOSE: A facility for cooling a residence space of an LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) transport using LNG is provided to cool down air by crossing small amount of LNG and a vent pipe connected with the residence space. CONSTITUTION: A facility comprises a first heat exchange chamber(20) allowing pure water to be cooled down by evaporating LNG supplied from an LNG storage tank through an LNG supply pipe(10); a second heat exchange chamber(30) allowing air supplied from the outside to be cooled down by the pure water cooled down in the first heat exchange chamber; a pure water circulation pipe(40) connected between the first heat exchange chamber and the second heat exchange chamber to allow the pure water to be circulated; and an air supply pipe(50) installed to pass an inside of the second heat exchange chamber to guide air cooled down in the second heat exchange chamber to the outside. The air supply tube and the pure water circulation pipe are formed to be coil-shaped to expand surfaces contacting with the outside. Air cooled down by the pure water in the second heat exchange chamber is supplied to a residence space through an air-conditioning system of a ship.
