摘要 PURPOSE: A driving circuit for AC type plasma display panel is provided to reduce the number of components and the power consumption by using four FETs, two condensers, and two diodes. CONSTITUTION: A driving circuit for AC type plasma display panel includes the first FET(41), the second FET(42), the first diode(D1), the second diode(D2), the third FET(43), and the fourth FET(44). The first FET(41) is used for increasing a voltage by charging the second condenser and applying a driving voltage to the first condenser when an input terminal is connected to a drain terminal. The second FET(42) is used for charging the first condenser and inverting the charged voltage of the second condenser to the negative voltage when a drain terminal of the second FET(42) is connected to a source terminal of the first FET(41). The first diode(D1) is used for preventing the increased voltage applied to the input terminal. The second diode(D2) is used for preventing the negative voltage applied to the ground. The third FET(43) is used for outputting the predetermined sustain discharge waveform by using the voltage of the previous stage. The fourth FET(44) is used for outputting the predetermined sustain discharge waveform by using the voltage of the previous stage.
