PURPOSE: A cutting device is provided to uniformly and cleanly cut materials by minimizing the thickness of a knife and standardizing the knife and a holder coupled with the knife. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device(100) is composed of a knife(110), and a holder(150). A cutting edge(120) and a plurality of coupling holes are formed at one end and the other end of the knife, respectively. A first and a second mount hole(151,152) are formed at one end and the other end of the holder. The first mount hole is coupled with the coupling hole by a coupling member.
