PURPOSE: A coffee extracting device is provided to quickly extract coffee by compressing coffee beans and water the moment the water is supplied. CONSTITUTION: An extracting unit(210) compresses coffee beans and water, and discharges coffee extracts and coffee grounds. A compressing unit(220) is inserted into a compressing chamber in the extracting unit, and supplies and compresses the water. A cam operating unit(230) moves the extracting unit, and guides the compressing unit into the compressing chamber. The cam operating unit moves a ground discharge member up and down, and discharges the coffee grounds.
