PURPOSE: An apparatus for cutting off inflow of outside air of a bus is provided to reduce number of components and to improve assemblability. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) comprises a shutter(130) rotating centering on a hinge(150) depending on dynamic stability of a spring(120) and status of magnetism of an electromagnet(140); a duct having an outlet opened and closed by the shutter; a permanent magnet(210) interacting with the electromagnet to rotate the shutter so as to close the outlet of the duct; and a door(200) having the permanent magnet fixed on an upper part thereof. The shutter is rotated to one side centering on the hinge by interaction between the permanent magnet installed on the door and the electromagnet installed on the shutter to close the outlet of the duct while the door installed on an opening(220) is closed. Outflow of air supplied into a car room through an air-conditioning system to the outside is prevented thereby. The permanent magnet is separated from the electromagnet as the door is opened and moved aside so that magnetism of the electromagnet is cut off. The shutter is rotated to the other side centering on the hinge by dynamic stability of the spring to open the outlet of the duct. Air passing the air-conditioning system is discharged through the outlet of the duct to suppress inflow of outside air through the opening.
