PURPOSE: Provided are a manufacture method of and a composition of carbonated drinks for removing hangover, thereby effectively removing hangover and reducing blood alcohol concentration. CONSTITUTION: A manufacture method of carbonated drinks comprises the steps of: mixing, washing, steaming and extracting ginger, licorice root, cinnamon and Rhus Verniciflua; sterilizing the extract at low temperature; mixing organic acid of pyroligneous liquid, natural purified water and natural honey syrup; mixing the extract and the mixed solution; and vacuum packing the mixture into a vessel with filling carbonated gas into the vessel under pressure of 0.5-2.5kg/cm¬2.
